Lady Jane Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel any order, and issue refunds at our sole discretion.

Our hemp-derived products are produced in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, where applicable.

We ship only to jurisdictions where our products are permitted by law. Certain products may not be available in all states or local jurisdictions. We do not ship or offer wholesale in restricted locations. Orders placed from restricted areas may be canceled and refunded prior to shipment.

Refunds and order cancellations may be accepted before an order has shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, all sales are final. Shipping delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
