Refund policy

All sales are final. Lady Jane Co. does not accept returns or exchanges

Orders may only be canceled prior to processing. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be altered. Duplicate orders may be reviewed for cancellation if reported before fulfillment.

Due to varying state regulations, we do not ship to all locations. If an order is placed from a restricted or non-serviceable location, a full refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws prior to purchase. Order responsibly.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
